Tokenised Ecosystem - Overview

BeefLedger has designed and developed an economic ecosystem that enables value flows to take place, and which incentivises supply chain agent behaviours that are conducive to the pursuit of excellence and integrity. This ecosystem operates three token types:

  1. The general means of payment token, known as $BEEF. $BEEF is an ERC20 token tracked on the Ethereum public network. These tokens are 'bridged' to the Proof of Authority network to enable access to platform tools and functions.

  2. Digital Asset Identification Certificates (DAI-Certs). These are ERC721 tokens, minted and tracked on the Proof of Authority network. These POA DAI-Certs can be bridged to the Ethereum public network.

  3. Regulated asset-backed digital securities (typically in the form of Digital Units issued under an Australian Financial Services License). These are ERC20 tokens minted and tracked on the Ethereum public network. These Digi-Units are digitalised units in regulated managed investment schemes, providing holders with the rights and privileges afforded to them under the provisions of the schemes with the backing of legislation and regulation.
