STN 05 (STN5)
In Offer No. 5, the opportunity is for discerning investors to support the sustainable development of livestock and related food systems and supply chains in ways that are economically, socially and ecologically sustainable.
Strictly Limited Number
There will only be a maximum of 20,000 STN5 available.
Uses of Funds
The principal uses of Funds will include but not be limited to:
The funding of activities that contribute to improved triple bottom line outcomes in land uses in the production of proteins, which may involve activities that support new revenue streams from carbon farming, offsets, abatements and sequestration.
The funding of technological implementations and improvements to provide greater transparency to investors of underlying assets and activities, and improve the information available to STN5 owners to trade their positions.
The acquisition and management of a growing beef livestock herd in Australia, for sale within the Australian domestic beef industry and also for export sales when market conditions suit. The livestock assets will be selected on the basis of their genetic and market superiority.
The livestock assets are tracked on the BeefLedger blockchain (anchored by STN infrastructure) to provide STN5 owners with visibility to the underlying asset base. So funds will be used to enable this to happen.
The funding of brand development where needed around specific breeds (eg. Bazardais) to grow market value. Opportunities to improve nutrition value growth outcomes will be explored.
When Fund assets aren't in these forms, the value will be held in ETH and other cryptocurrencies.
Importantly, the Fund has been established to enable primary producers to migrate away from dependency on mainstream banking debt finance.
