You will need a MetaMask wallet or similar. You can download a MetaMask wallet from here.
You will need ETH. For example, you can purchase ETH with AUD (if you're in Australia) at Cointree. Set up an account there, and purchase ETH with AUD.
Swap ETH for STN5 Asset Backed ERC20 Token
The STN5 swap is on Uniswap. The swap link is here. The swap market is ETH<->STN5.
